Are alterations included in the price?
Alterations are not included in the price of the dress. If you require alterations, we can recommend local seamstresses — just ask our team during your appointment.Can I bring family or friends to my appointment?
Absolutely — we encourage it! Having a trusted friend or family member with you can make the experience much more enjoyable. Just bear in mind that appointments are time-limited, so we recommend keeping your group to a manageable size.Can I get a refund or exchange?
All in-store sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made in our showroom. Please note that slight irregularities in hand-made garments are not considered defects, and alterations are not included in the price of the dress. For orders placed online, your statutory rights under distance selling regulations apply.Can I wear fake tan to my appointment?
We would prefer you didn't wear fake tan to your appointment, as it can transfer onto our gowns during try-ons. If you do have tan on, please make sure you have showered beforehand to remove any excess. We also ask that you avoid heavy makeup for the same reason — our dresses are handled by many customers and we want to keep them in perfect condition for everyone.Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes, we are strictly by appointment only. This allows our team to give you their full attention and ensures plenty of time to browse and try on dresses without feeling rushed. You can book your appointment online here.Do you offer online ordering?
Yes, a selection of our dresses are available to purchase online through our website. If you see something you love but would like to try it on first, you are welcome to book an appointment to visit us in-store.Do you take deposits?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your dress. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.Do you track dresses across all events and schools?
Yes — our tracking is per school and per event. This means dresses are tracked separately for debs balls, TY balls, and other events, and separately for each school. A dress sold to one school's debs is not automatically unavailable for another school's debs.Does exclusivity mean no one else will have my dress?
Your exclusivity is specific to your dress style and colour combination within your school and event. So if you choose a navy fitted gown, no other girl from your debs ball will leave our showroom in the same navy fitted gown. The same style in a different colour, however, may be available to others.How can I contact you?

You can book online at any time through our appointments page. We offer debs appointment slots and bridesmaid appointment slots — please select the appropriate type when booking.How does your dress tracking system work?
When you purchase a dress from us, we record both the dress style and the colour against your school and event. This means we will not sell the same dress in the same colour to another girl attending the same debs ball — giving you exclusivity for your exact look on the night. Please note that the same dress style may be sold in a different colour to other girls at your event.How long does an appointment last?
Debs appointments and bridesmaid appointments are allocated 1 hour. We recommend arriving on time to make the most of your visit. Please screenshot any styles you are considering beforehand — this really helps ensure you have time to try on everything you love.What are your opening hours?
We are open by appointment only. Please check our appointments page to see available slots.What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. To cancel, please use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. You can also call us on 059 910 0475.What should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend screenshotting any styles you love before you arrive — this helps our team understand your taste and makes the most of your time in-store. Wear comfortable underwear, and if possible, avoid heavy fake tan or thick makeup as these can mark the dresses during try-ons.What sizes do you stock?
We stock dresses in sizes 2–26, with junior and plus-size options available across many styles. If a specific size is not available in-store, we can often source it — just ask our team.
