Alterations are not included in the price of the dress. If you require alterations, we can recommend local seamstresses — just ask our team during your appointment.
All in-store sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made in our showroom. Please note that slight irregularities in hand-made garments are not considered defects, and alterations are not included in the price of the dress. For orders placed online, your statutory rights under distance selling regulations apply.
Dresses must be collected within four weeks of arriving in-store. For in-stock dresses, collection is required within four weeks of placing your order. Failure to collect within this period will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your dress. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
